We aid International RNs to their American dream

About Us
Hello there! Welcome to Hope! Founded by a Nurse, we are focused on aiding international nurses achieve their dreams of getting licensed and employed in the United States. We have a specialized focus on African nurses. Nurses from other continents are still welcome to apply!

Want To Become A Hope Nurse ?

Hope offers two paths to becoming a USRN
DIY Hope
Cradle Program

Step 1

Every nurse is required to create a Hope account to gain access to all our services

Step 2

Do you require full NCLEX sponsorship?

We can help, but you must prove yourself by passing the Hope NCLEX mock exam. Due to our mock exam's difficulty and high fail rate, Hope now requires nurses to go through our 6-month NCLEX Academy (Hope Prep). Candidates with satisfactory performances are invited to sit for our mock exam.

You can sign up for your 6-month Hope Prep inside your Hope account.

Note: Admission into the Cradle program is very competitive and selective. Thus, admission is not guaranteed.

Nurses from countries experiencing license verification issues are still eligible for Cradle.

Core Features
Underdog mentality. As a company, we understand that some nurses from certain countries are less inclined to apply for DIY Hope due to financial reasons, so we created a Cradle Program.
Fast and personable customer service, bypass the pretentious email culture and communicate with Hope through our instagram and whatsapp accounts.
Immigrant friendly. We are founded and run by immigrants, so we actually hear your story and personalize your experience with us.
Free one month accomodation when you arrive in the U.S.
Lifelong family. Once with Hope, always with Hope. Even after your time with Hope is over, you can still chat with us from our CEO to customer care for expert career and professional advice and guidance.
Nursing isn't always pretty, and you need a case manager who understands that. Thus, your case manager will not be a random desk officer, they will either be a nurse or trained by one, just like you !
